So basically I’ve been shaping up over the past two weeks. I am by no means skinny and I never post these type of photos because I often think they’re just self indulgent, but I am making some progress, note the PJ bottoms that are far too big for me. An anon wanted some evidence of my progress and I guess this is it. I still have a way to go, but I’m loving pilates and enjoying the progress and will hopefully get some measurements soon as the photos don’t do justice to how small my waist is now.
N.B. I firstly apologise for the crappy photos but would also like to note that at almost 6ft I am not marked as “overweight” by my BMI and I’m not actually looking to lose a huge amount of weight. My goal is to just tone and firm up really because I would still very much like to keep my curvy shape - I am not looking to become “skinny” nor underweight - the goal is health and shape not weight.
